Delete your DreamerLab account

In the app

1. Open the DreamerLab app and tap the profile icon at the top right of Home to open Settings.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Tap Request deletion to confirm.

By email

Email dreamerai.art@gmail.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my DreamerLab account”. If you signed in with Apple using a hidden email address, tell us that you signed in with Apple and we will help you confirm the account. We reply to confirm your request.

What happens

Your account is permanently deleted 7 days after we receive your request. This deletes:

• Your account and connected sign-ins (Google, Apple or Discord).
• Your Credits, Power and Pro status.
• Your DreamerLab account in our other apps that use the same account.

We keep only what we must:

• Purchase records, for as long as accounting and legal obligations require.
• Server logs, for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

Photos you edit are not kept on our servers (temporary copies on GPU servers are deleted within 7 days), and works in My Edits are stored only on your phone: delete them in the app, or delete the app to remove them.

Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel a Pro subscription. Cancel it in Google Play first to stop future charges.
